Treatment Aftercare

To ensure the best results, after you have had your treatment, there are a number of steps you can take:

• Stay well hydrated by drinking at least 2-3 litres of water per day, this will help your lymphatic system to eliminate dead fat cells

• ​​Avoid steam rooms, saunas, and tanning beds for 48 hours after the treatment

• ​Do not take cold showers or wash the treated area for 8 hours post-treatment

• ​Don’t swim or exercise for 48 hours after the treatment

• ​Cold or spicy food is not recommended to eat within 48 hours of the treatment

 

​After a Legenda Facial Treatment, it's important to moisturize your face and use sunscreen protection regularly.

How long does a session take?

We will start with a consultation that will take 10-15 minutes.

 

Following this, your facial treatment will last 20-30 minutes and the body treatments will last about 40-60 minutes for each area. 

 

How many treatments do I need?

The number of sessions necessary will be dependent on the thickness of the fat in the treated area, the thicker the fat the more treatments are required.

 

This will be discussed in a detailed consultation with our specialist who will create a tailored plan consisting of a course of treatments. On average, a course of treatments is usually 6 sessions, 1-2 times a week.

 

When will I see the results?

You will be able to notice a difference immediately after the treatment, however, there is a cumulative effect as time passes.

 

Who is not suitable for a Legenda treatment?
